As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, we are excited to announce the opening of a new position for our Car Sales Shared Services Department - Car Sales Coordinator!

The Shared Services Coordinator will proactively partner with the Car Sales operations and be the main point of contact for the sales staff and local administrative offices. This role is responsible for ensuring car sales files are processed accurately and timely. This position is responsible for engaging with external customers, such as our preferred lender network and product vendors on behalf of the dealerships. The Shared Services Coordinator regularly communicates with dealerships to answer questions related to car sale funding. In addition, this role participates in meetings with the car sales operators to determine tactics, solutions and maintain expert knowledge about the funding process, products and services that translates to a positive customer experience. This position is located at our Lakeside Campus of Enterprise Holdings, located at 2291 Ball Drive Maryland Heights, MO and has a hybrid schedule available (3 days in office / 2 days from home)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned Group(s) and be a knowledgeable resource for car sales processing, accounting, and compliance
  • Partner with the assigned Group(s) and Shared Services to identify trends and provide problem resolution when needed
  • Review daily reporting related to the completion and funding process of car sales transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong Group, team and vendor relationships
  • Resolve challenges related to the funding, keying, and collection process for assigned Group(s)
  • Assist in the processing of car sales transactions as needed throughout the month
  • Deliver a consistent high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Communicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to assigned Groups on behalf of the department
  • Lead and conduct group calls to review reporting provided as needed
  • Process product cancellations on behalf of customers and lenders as needed
  • Assist with branch specific requests such as auditing files, facilitating payoffs, and scanning of documents

Qualifications:

Minimum:
  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Two (2) years or more years of customer service experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
